This service level requires your participation to perform most of the work by following procedures we provide.
It is best for PC-competent customers who are willing to spend more time for a lower fee. It also suits customers with sensitive
data that must neither leave company premises nor be handled by an outsider. For time-critical jobs this service may provide
same-day turnaround if your technical staff can quickly set up a recovery computer.
There is no risk. The procedures are non-intrusive,
making no changes to the original disks. The fee is fully refunded if data is not recovered.
In most cases you can preview the
results before paying the fee. You can display picture files (such as JPG, TIF, BMP, PNG, etc.) in reduced size and
see all filenames and the entire folder structure.
The service typically costs between $450 and $1,000 excluding any necessary hard
drive repair. The service usually
takes 8 to 24 hours to complete. Our success rate since 1998 is between 90% and 95%.
